Shopping Showcase

The Shopping channel on Treet.tv is solely focused on airing infomercials that show Second Life businesses and services. Every time that someone plays the "Shopping Showcase" Channel they will view the current selection of infomercials we have recorded.

The infomercials are 5-10 minutes in length and are an interview directly with you, the business owner, talking about your business, or service.

This is great exposure for your brand and is a fun, inexpensive and easy way to let people know what you have on offer.

The idea is to make an informal and honest presentation that is entertaining for viewers and informative at the same time.

Bookings

Booking time for your shoot is on a first come first served basis. Location of the shoot will be at YOUR place of business. Please make a nice "staging area", for yourself and Yxes, who will be interviewing you.

Infomercials will begin rotation within approximately 1 week of the shoot, depending on studio editing schedule.

Cost

The cost is L$15,000 Lindens. This covers 1 month exposure and the infomercial production.

The exposure is considerable as the infomercials are in rotation constantly. The number of times it is viewed will vary according to how many infomercials are in rotation during that month.

If you want to keep the advertisement running it will cost L$3000 per month.

Please make all payments, in world, to Yxes Delacroix. Payment for the "piece" need to be made immediately after the shoot is completed. The infomercial will NOT go to air until it is paid for.

Materials Required

We need the SLURL or LM to get us to your location.

There is also a short "Shopping Showcase" questionaire that will need to be filled out and returned to Yxes Delacroix on, or before, the day of filming your infomercial. What is needed is a separate note with the Business name, Avatar names (contact names in SL), Keywords, SLUrl, WebURL, if there is any expiration on any of the above info, and Billing Information needed for the monthly renewal segment.

Format

This is an interview style feature about your business. You will be interviewed by Yxes Delacroix who will ask you a selection of questions about your business. You will have 5-10 minutes to cover the main points of your product/service.

Here are some examples of the kind of questions she might ask:

• Name of your business
• What is your product or service
• Where can people find your product/service
• Tell us about 3-4 items that show off your product or service. If actual items, please have them figured out and available for us to "pan over" with our camera while you are talking about them. If it is a "service item", have some pictures you might use as a promo to depict that service.
• what is your...(motto, slogan, catch phrase **) (Yxes will ask this as a cue for you to say your "slogan" and end off on the interview.)

We suggest the final quote is something like your hero line. A short, brief, closing line that is sums up your business and really brings across the core selling proposition.

We do our best to help you to this to make the footage useful for future purposes, although we can provide no guarantees that the material will be suitable for later editing into a shorter advertisement.
